Most libraries are fully set up within a week. Bulk import (CSV upload and ISBN lookup) does the heavy lifting on cataloguing, so the main time is the initial audit and a short staff training session.

Absolutely. We support CSV/Excel bulk imports for your existing book catalog and student records. Our team also provides a free onboarding session to help you migrate from a register, spreadsheet, or another system.

Each book gets a unique QR code sticker (we provide printable templates). Staff scan the code with any smartphone camera to check books in and out — no special hardware needed.

The interface is available in Hindi, English, and several regional languages, and the catalog supports books in any language with proper Unicode handling.

Yes. Students can browse and reserve books, and on higher plans a student & parent portal lets them see current loans, due dates, and fines. Parents also receive overdue reminders.

After 14 days you can choose a plan that fits your institution. Nothing is charged automatically — and if you decide not to continue, we'll export all your data for you. There's no lock-in or cancellation fee.

Schools usually start on the School plan, colleges on the College plan (with NAAC reports and analytics), and universities on the University plan (multi-branch with dedicated onboarding). If you're unsure, contact us and we'll recommend the right fit.

You do. All your catalog, member, and transaction data belongs to your institution, and you can export it at any time. We never sell your data or use it outside operating the service for you.

Yes. Each institution's data is isolated from every other institution, data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS, and access is restricted to authorized library staff. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
